Features:
- Roller type linear ways on three axes. The spindle is mounted at the center of the column. W-axis provides Ø110mm and Ø130mm to select.
- Rapid traverse rates on three axes reach 18m/min. (24m/min. optional). The series of machines is suitable for boring on large box shaped parts. Also, ideal for precision machining on large molds.
- Designed with mechanical counter-balance weights, which are located at both sides of the column combined with the use of linear guide ways to ensure smooth movement of the spindle head without vibration.
- Two each linear ways at the front and rear side of the spindle head for increased rigidity. This feature also effectively avoids deflection when the spindle is extending.
- Various types of tables (8 ~ 20 tons loading capacity) to choose with 1º indexing or 0.001º simultaneously controlled table.
